Hope Toffel Mastras

palm trees in beverly hillsHope Toffel Mastras received her B.A. in Government from Georgetown University in 1992, with Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa, and graduated in 1997 from the University of Southern California Law School, where she was an editor of the Southern California Law Review.

Prior to joining the firm, Hope was an associate in the corporate department of Katten, Muchin & Zavis.

Hope’s previous legal experience also includes a clerkship with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, Major Crimes Division, participation in the University of Southern California Law School’s Post-Conviction Justice Project and an externship with the Honorable George King of the United States District Court, Central District of California.

Hope has experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions, executive employment agreements, stock option agreements and advising limited liability companies. Hope also has experience analyzing intellectual property rights and in representing theatrical and television production companies in connection with the production and financing of motion pictures.
